I live in Dortmund - an old industrial city in the Ruhrgebiet of Germany. After almost 10 years abroad, it pulled me back to my home turf.

Dortmund isn’t flashy. It’s not trying to be. It’s authentic.

It’s full of people who get things done, who say what they mean, and who care more about substance than appearances.

That mindset is engrained into me - no pretence, no fluff, just work that speaks for itself and straight talk.

This is how I approach UX. In Cyber Security, where trust is everything, and clarity isn’t optional - it’s critical.

I spent over a decade in cyber security. Deep in product teams at McAfee, CrowdStrike, Forcepoint, and more.

And I saw it over and over: brilliant minds, powerful tools… but interfaces that slowed users down and frustrated them.

I remember watching an analyst investigating a live incident - flipping through screens, trying to piece things together.

That’s when it clicked.

I wanted to fix this.

My mission is simple: build experiences that make the experts the heroes. Because they are.
